Why we work evenings and weekends
Your business is busiest during the day. That is exactly when you cannot have someone pulling cables behind the counter, rebooting the front desk computer, or taking the Wi-Fi down during the lunch rush. Most IT companies only work 9 to 5, so the work lands right on top of your customers.
We built Northbench IT the other way around. We are not available weekdays 8am to 5pm. We come in after close or on the weekend, get it done, and you open the next morning with everything working. Plain answers, posted prices, and a final quote before any work starts.

We are not available weekdays 8am to 5pm. We do the work after close or on the weekend, and you open with everything working.
- What are your hours?
- Weekdays 6pm to 10pm, and Saturday and Sunday 4pm to 10pm, by appointment. We are not available weekdays 8am to 5pm.
- How fast do you reply?
- Clients on a monthly plan get a reply within one hour during our hours. Everyone else hears back the same evening or the same day. We do not offer emergency or same day daytime response.
- Who do you work with?
- Small businesses with 2 to 25 people. Restaurants, bars, cafes, gyms, salons, daycares, clinics, solo attorneys and accountants, nonprofits, churches, and trades. We do not do residential work.
- How does pricing work?
- Every project has a posted price. After a short evening call we give you a final quote in writing before any work starts. Monthly plans have a set monthly price, and each plan lists exactly what it includes.
- Where do you work?
- We are based in Renton and work across south King County, including Kent, Tukwila, Newcastle, and SeaTac. If you are nearby and not sure, ask.
