Why we work after hours
Small businesses in Renton run on tight days. The cafe has a lunch rush, the clinic has a full schedule, the salon has back to back appointments. That is exactly when most IT companies want to show up. So the work either waits, or it gets done in the way of your customers.
Northbench IT works the other way. We are open weekdays 6pm to 10pm and Saturday and Sunday 4pm to 10pm, by appointment. We are not available weekdays 8am to 5pm, and that is on purpose. We come in after you close, do the work, and you open the next day with everything running.
Who we work with
We work with small businesses of 2 to 25 people that do not have an IT person on staff. Restaurants, bars, and cafes. Gyms and salons. Daycares and preschools. Dental, chiropractic, physical therapy, and counseling clinics. Solo attorneys and accountants. Nonprofits, churches, and trades. We do not do residential work, so all of our time goes to businesses like yours.
How we work
We post prices for everything we do, and we give you a final quote in writing after a short evening call. We explain things in plain English. We label what we install and write down what we set up, so you are never stuck wondering who has the password.
Clients on a monthly plan get a reply within one hour during our hours. Everyone else hears back the same evening or the same day. We do not offer emergency or same day daytime response, and we would rather tell you that up front.
Where we work
We are based in Renton and work across south King County, including Kent, Tukwila, Newcastle, and SeaTac.
