Northbench Tech Repair LLC, doing business as Northbench IT (“Northbench IT,” “we,” “us”) provides IT services to small businesses in Renton, WA and south King County. This policy explains what we collect when you use northbenchit.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is written to be read by business owners, not lawyers.

What we collect

• What you type into our form. Your name, email address, phone number, business name, type of business, team size, what you need help with, a preferred call time, and any notes you add.
• How you found us. Standard campaign tags in the link you clicked (for example utm_source) and the referring page, so we know which ads and listings work.
• Basic site analytics. Page views and performance timings, collected without cookies by Vercel Analytics. This does not identify you personally.

How we use it

• To reply to your request, set up a call, and send you a quote.
• To send you a confirmation email when you submit the form.
• To do the work you hire us for, and to keep records of that work.
• To understand which pages and listings bring us new clients.

We do not send marketing email sequences, and we do not send text messages.

Who we share information with

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services that run this website for us:

• Vercel hosts the site and provides cookie free analytics.
• Neon stores form submissions in a database.
• Resend delivers our emails.
• Inngest runs the background jobs that send those emails.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Information on your systems

When we work on your network, devices, or accounts, we may see business data stored there. We access only what we need to do the job, we do not copy or keep your data beyond what the work requires, and we treat everything we see as confidential.

Children’s privacy

This site is meant for business owners and staff. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions and client records for as long as we have a working relationship, and as long as tax and business record rules require after that. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@northbenchit.com and we will take care of it.

Security

We use reputable providers, encrypted connections, and limited access to protect your information. No system is perfect, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
